By visiting our site and/or purchasing products from Qyro Sync, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including all additional policies referenced herein.
1. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Western Australia (WA), Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
2. Device Compatibility & Trademark Notice
We endeavor to present accurate product descriptions, video refresh rates, charging profiles, port configurations, and pricing. Independent Tech Accessory Brand Notice: Qyro Sync is an independent workspace technology retailer and brand. Qyro Sync is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Apple Inc. (MagSafe, MacBook), Microsoft Corporation, Logitech, BenQ, Anker Innovations, or Dell Inc. References to third-party brand devices, operating systems (macOS, Windows, iOS, Android), or proprietary standards (such as MagSafe compatibility) are made strictly to describe multi-device compatibility and video dock protocols. Qyro Sync reserves the right to correct any inadvertent inaccuracies at any time without prior notice.
3. Electrical Load, Thermal Dissipation & Visual Comfort Disclaimer
Power Distribution & Heat Notice: Multi-device wireless charging stations and multi-port USB-C hubs generate mild warmth during peak 100W Power Delivery and concurrent 15W wireless inductive charging. Always operate hubs and charging stands on solid, unobstructed desk surfaces with proper airflow; never wrap docks in cloth or place them near extreme heat sources. Ocular Ergonomics Notice: Screen light bars feature asymmetrical optical designs to illuminate desk workspace while mitigating direct on-screen glare; however, they are ergonomic lighting aids and do not guarantee the prevention of eye strain resulting from prolonged screen time without periodic rest. Qyro Sync is not liable for host laptop port burnouts caused by non-compliant third-party power adapters, dropped monitors from improper clamp tightening, or peripheral incompatibilities.
